Description

Palladium bars offer investors and collectors a great option for expanding their portfolio, including a wide variety of designs with a precious metal which is rapidly increasing in value. Our 1 oz Palladium Bars are new and come from the Argor-Heraeus Suisse Mint.

Sanding among the most active mints in the international market, Argos-Heraeus is also one of the most demanded ones, being an essential supplier to banks and bullion houses all over the globe.  Its foundation dates back to 1951, under the name of Argor SA. Aiming the company’s development to meet the bullion market demands, it suffered some changes. Its acquisition by the Union Bank of Switzerland, followed by structural transformation into a joint venture, made Argor-Heraeus an internationally recognized mint accredited by the LBMA.

Palladium is a metal very similar in appearance to platinum. This should be no surprise when you learn that palladium is part of the platinum precious metals group along with platinum, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium, and osmium. Palladium shares many chemical properties with each of these metals, but is the least dense and has the lowest melting point of all metals from the group.
