Guidance Corporation prides itself on offering the lowest pricing in the industry, we offer this discount based upon payment via Bank Wire, Paper Check or Zelle. Payments made by Credit Card will incur a 4.75% processing fee and Payments made by PayPal will incur a 4% surcharge.

To keep our prices low, payments made by Credit or Debit Card will incur a 4.75% transaction surcharge added to the final purchase total at Checkout. This fee is charged to us by our Merchant Processor. We accept all Major Credit/Debit Cards online up to $50,000. Please call us directly for larger purchase requests so we can verify your payment information. To help protect our customers from potential fraud, new clients may be asked for additional verification on Credit/Debit Card purchases. Purchases made by Credit/Debit Card must be sent to the billing address on file.
Guidance Corporation accepts Paper Checks up to $100,000. Non-payment of purchase will result in a 5% cancellation via Credit/Debit Card on file. Please note, paper checks may require up to 7 days for funds to be collected by our bank. Checks may be mailed to our main office at: “Guidance Corporation, 2709 Crestwood Circle, Suite 1500, Minnetonka, MN 55305". Or you may simply drop off your check at any US Bank or Wells Fargo Location for immediate credit (we will provide our US Bank account number and instructions via the email confirmation upon checkout). Any returned check by our Bank will result in a $35 fee.
Orders made by Bank Wire are the preferred payment method as they ship immediately and do not require any clearing time. Non-payment of purchase will result in a 5% cancellation via Credit/Debit Card on file. Payments must be received within 3 business days of order confirmation. Bank Wire instructions will be provided via email upon checkout. Please contact us for an extension due to delays in payment or IRA purchases.
Zelle is a free payment system offered by most banks through their online banking system. Once you’ve made your purchase, simply log into your online banking, look for the “transfers and payment” section and choose the Zelle option. In most cases you will need to add “Guidance Corporation” as a new payee to complete the payment. Payments may be sent over several days if your Bank imposes daily limits. We are proud to accept PayPal payments. PayPal orders clear as soon as they are completed and move directly into the shipping queue. On rare occasions, PayPal orders may require manual review by our fraud team, in which case processing may take longer. Due to risk of fraud, we can only accept orders shipping to PayPal Verified Shipping Addresses. To place a PayPal order, simply select “PayPal” as your payment method and ensure your order total is less than $25,000. You will be redirected to PayPal to log in to your account and process the payment. As soon as your PayPal payment has been processed, we prepare your package for shipping and notify you once it is sent out.
