• We do not accept credit card purchases on Bullion orders.

• We accept WIRE TRANSFERS, CASHIERS CHECKS, POSTAL MONEY ORDERS, and PERSONAL CHECKS.

• Call us toll-free at 1-800-526-7765 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. CST, Monday thru Friday.

• Get a confirmation number to lock in the price. Once we have agreed apon a price and a confirmation number has been issued, there can be no changes or cancellations.

• Checks must be postmarked no later than 24 hours after confirmation. Wire transfers must be received within 24 hours after confirmation as well.

• On personal checks, please allow 3-5 business days to clear. Bank wires, cashier's checks and postal money orders we will ship within 48 hours.

• We ship all orders Registered/Insured US Mail. Adult signature required. Package delivery time is approximately 7 - 10 days from the date order is placed.

• To check the status of your order, it is "Extremely" important to E-mail us with your confirmation number, we suggest you address this to president@coinguide.com Please wait 7 days before checking order status. Given the gold market in recent history I think you know by now we're very busy, so E-mail is your most timely solution for checking the status of your order.

• 5 ounce minimum for gold bullion orders, please.
