Ordering Information
 
All orders are shipped by registered and insured mail within 48 hours after receipt of good funds. We accept the following methods of payment:
 
1. Bank wires
2. Cashier checks
3. Certified checks
4. Personal checks (we must wait seven business days for the checks to clear).
 
Checks should be made payable to Guidance Corporation. Please put the transaction number in the memo part of the check. The shipping and insurance charge on numismatic trades is $20.00 minimum.
 
 
Our Procedure For Buying Coins
 
Send the coins to us using the procedures below. We will have them graded by three independent sources and then make a bid.
 
Procedure for Shipping Gold and Silver Items:
 
1. Make an accurate list of the items you wish to send (be sure to specify size and type of coin). You should have two copies, one for your records and one to send inside the package.
 
2. Write you name, address, phone number, broker's name and transaction number (broker will provide this at the time of transaction) on this same sheet of paper with the list mentioned above.
 
3. Package all the items along with the list in a secure box, the outside of which should be marked "Computer Parts". The box will need to be taped with nylon strapping tape. This tape must then be covered with brown reinforced paper tape (if the nylon tape is exposed, the Post Office may refuse the package).
 
4. Register and insure the package for the value of the items enclosed. Each package can be insured for up to $25,000.00. Also ask for a return receipt. Should the items be worth more than $25,000.00, repeat the process with as many boxes as necessary.
 
5. Send the package to Guidance Corporations office address (above). Only send the package(s) via the U.S. Post Office. The Post Office is the only shipping source that can offer the right amount of insurance.
 
6. After the package(s) is mailed, call you broker and give him/her your registration numbers of your package(s).
 
7. Upon receipt of your package(s), your broker will call and notify you of its safe arrival.
 
Packaging material will be supplied upon request.
